The evidence supporting the unethical conduct of the Iowa Conference of the United Methodist Church and the City of Marshalltown, IA Police Department’s alleged failure to manifest a proper investigation began approximately 60 days after I filed a written complaint with Hope United Methodist Church of Marshalltown, IA leadership regarding the alleged conduct of Meghan Schumacker in the days and months after she departed my apartment in January 2018 after I declined to participate further with her regarding an event that unfolded in my living room.

The evidence supporting the gender-based discrimination, in this case, is represented by the evidence showing what you attempted to charge me for concerning Iowa Code Section 708.7 and what the evidence shows the City of Newton, IA Police Department, disregarded (documented on public records evidence shows City of Newton, IA Chief of Police Robert Burdess and City of Newton, IA Attorney Matthew Brick attempted to conceal for over a year while misrepresenting Iowa Code section 22.7) regarding evidence of a female assailant and an interstate situation involving domestic abuse that evidence suggests meets the definition of service-connected military sexual trauma (MST) as defined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. At the same time, evidence in my case file suggests that Meghan Schumacker and Claudia J. Bergman (who evidence shows falsely accused me of multiple forms of sexual abuse across the states of California, Iowa, and Montana) were in communications with each other in the days and months after I declined to engage in a sexual event with Meghan Schumacker in January 2018.
In my experience, I believe the evidence strongly supports the existence of a paradigm within some Iowans and possibly overall humanity that indicates when someone is involved in a possible civil dilemma/liability regarding the evidence of their historical conduct that they lack the courage or competence to deal with it would seem many simply call the City of Marshalltown, IA Police Department or other Iowa law enforcement departments (See: Electronic Mail – Iowa Public Information Board Member Julie Pottorff – 12 JUL 2023) and falsely accuse their victim of criminal conduct while fueling that alleged hysteria with what evidence indicates is service-connected mental health based discrimination. When considering the evidence as shown by the Iowa Conference of the United Methodist Church’s use of the social media block feature and the historical record that shows the Iowa Conference of the United Methodist Church’s attempt to criminalize the originator of this public record request during his use of rights in a public forum protected by the 1st Amendment to our nation’s Constitution and Section 7 of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Iowa, the evidence suggests the motive of this alleged church was to weaponize an Iowa law enforcement department against a victim that had previously reported alleged sexual misconduct and other alleged unethical acts manifested by one of its leaders.
If the United Methodist Church and the Iowa Conference of the United Methodist Church were true ambassadors of Jesus Christ on this Earth, the evidence would not indicate that this religious organization has deployed many devices of deceit while allegedly attempting to suppress the truth communicated publicly by an alleged victim of this church in a public forum for it is written,
