Iowa Open Records Request – securityawareness@iowa.gov – The Deployment of 12th Fleet – Section 08 of 09

The following records are being requested from the administrators of the electronic mail account securityawareness@iowa.gov in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 22.

(a.) Electronic mail, including attachments stored and preserved by the State of Iowa, including the name “Merritt.”

(b.) Electronic mail, including attachments stored and preserved by the State of Iowa, including the word “vexatious.”

(c.) Electronic mail, including attachments stored and preserved by the State of Iowa, including the electronic mail address erika.eckley@iowa.gov as the originator or recipient.

(d.) Electronic mail, including attachments stored and preserved by the State of Iowa, including the electronic mail address brett.toresdahl@iowa.gov as the originator or recipient.

(e.) Electronic mail, including attachments stored and preserved by the State of Iowa, including the electronic mail address daniel.strawhun@iowa.gov as the originator or recipient.

The Iowa Attorney General’s Office advises that most requests for records are routine and should be handled immediately. Chapter 22.8(4) allows for a “good-faith, reasonable delay” under certain circumstances, including determining whether the records are confidential and not available to the public. The official having custody of the records being sought is allowed up to 20 calendar days to determine whether the documents should be released, but such delays should not ordinarily exceed 10 business days.

The Iowa Supreme Court ruled in a 2013 case (Horsfield Materials Inc. v. City of Dyersville) that a government agency can have additional time to comply with a public records request when “the size or nature of the request makes prompt access infeasible.”

If there is a copying fee, please inform me in advance if it is more than $0. Iowa Code Chapter 22.3 states that the fee shall not exceed the actual cost of providing the service.

The Baptism of the MAGA Republican Movement

State of Iowa MAGA Movement Members: “I pledge allegiance to Donald J. Trump the Founding Father of our Movement, and to the order for which he stands…….”
Doc: “Hey, what’s going on?”
Iowa State Trooper: “The Iowa MAGA Republicans are marching.”
Cipher Hunter: “Are those the Water Gun Clay Pigeon Book Banning Bible holders that persecute members of the LGBTQ+ community while worshiping two dudes that appear to be wearing orange makeup and eyeliner that concealed a sexual act with a porn star?
Iowa State Trooper: “Something like that.”
Cipher Hunter: “I don’t like people that lie about sleeping with porn stars.”
Doc: “What if they are honest about it?”
Cipher Hunter: “The 14th Amendment to our nation’s Constitution and Section 6 of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Iowa protects porn stars to equal protection in accordance with our laws to experience consensual love within this democracy. I’m just saying I think as a society we are hypocritical, persecutive, and exploitive of women who may be manifesting evidence of childhood trauma and possible mental health issues that may have evolved from being raised in broken households of abuse given the amount of makeup vice president hopefuls were wearing early in 2024 while possibly trying to seduce Former President Donald Trump (See: Reference (1.) and (2.)?) and the fact that our own Iowa leadership shows up outside of Trump’s criminal court appearances like washed up burnt out 1980’s Motley Crue groupies.”
Doc: “Ok, Merritt, if you are so defensive of porn stars, why don’t you call one?”
Cipher Hunter: “Doc, my heart has already found my long, cool Iowa woman in black medical slacks. Besides 15 seconds of fame in a gold-plated hotel room is not enough to fuel my heart.”
Doc: “Merritt, are we going to sit here and continue romancing each other in a parked car, or are you going to show me that Vexatious American spirit you are famous for?
Cipher Hunter: “Hold on to your tea, we’re heading to a political party.”

Honorable Iowa House of Representative Jon Dunwell: “MAGA Centurion.”
Jasper County, IA Supervisor Brandon Talsma: “Yes, Sir.!”
Honorable Iowa House of Representative Dunwell: “MAGA Centurion, get the license plate number on that 1977 Black Trans Am. We’re going to block that son of a bitch on Facebook so our voting base does not find out that he is smarter and better looking than us.”

Legal Disclaimer: This correspondence represents a public records request submitted in accordance with Iowa Code Section 22.4(2.).  This correspondence does not communicate a past, present, or future US or Iowa Code violation. Like many Iowans, the author finds Former President Donald Trump’s comments regarding Veterans and the Medal of Honor absolutely objectionable. In a free society, the best response to objectionable speech is more speech, and the author encourages all citizens to join him today in praying over the Gold House and recognizing the picture of a bald eagle showing its grief and disappointment after sitting through a two hour Former President Donad J. Trump rant of irrelevancy and possibly 15 seconds in a hotel room that cost $130,000 to cover up that will be on display – the true reason for freedom.”

No consensual sexual acts with porn stars occurred or were concealed or Covfefeed during the drafting or publishing of this public records request.

The Form of the Iowa Court

A licensee’s licensed actions and conduct provide evidence for the form of the licensor.

“Bricks made with testimony lacking evidence are equivalent to bricks made with straw without clay.”

“Lies and misrepresentations pay for the Iowa Legislature’s bills in Erika’s mErika.”

“The evidence supporting Nichol’s Sin produces the question of how many innocent are locked up in the State pen. If the evidence indicates an Iowa County Attorney has zero honor, issue them a pair of pajamas and put them to work at the State’s license plate spawner.”
