Status as supported by the Evidence: False statement, including persuasive language to evolve the historical narrative while moving the focus away from the evidence showing the City of Council Bluffs, IA, historical failure to properly respond to a public records request in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 22.

Supporting Evidence: Enclosure (1 .) shows an original public records request, including jquakenbush@councilbluﬀs-ia.gov in the “To/Action” addressed section of electronic mail public records request served to the City of Council Bluffs, IA, in accordance with Iowa Code Section 22.4(2.).

Enclosure (8.) provides evidence of City of Council Bluffs, IA Deputy Assistant Attorney Jura’s alleged attempt to reshape the historical narrative regarding the City of Council Bluff’s IA’s involvement in Enclosures (1.)—(7.) while providing evidence of persuasive language that misrepresents the historical evidence.

Supporting Evidence: Enclosure (6.) provides evidence supporting that the City of Council Bluffs, IA, was already in receipt of a completed public records request form for this request. At the same time, Enclosure (7.) provides evidence of City of Council Bluffs, IA Deputy Assistant Attorney Jura’s acknowledgment of receipt of Enclosure (6.).

3. Conclusion

The City of Council Bluffs, IA’s point of contact information has been updated. jquakenbush@councilbluffs-ia.gov has been removed and replaced with rwade@councilbluffs-ia.gov.

Iowa’s licensed misrepresentations and lies may be all the Iowa Public Information Board requires to turn a blind eye. The State of Iowa labels the honorable vexatious because the truth is the only thing the elite cannot buy.
